  • Market fluctuations

  • Counterparty insolvency

  • Business interruption

  • Reputational damage All services are subject to separately agreed contractual terms. Nothing on this website extends liability beyond what is agreed in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under French law.

6. Confidentiality & Communications
